New York, NY- April 3, 2009 – The Evermedia Group, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: EVRM) has announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Evermedia Biometrics Corporation, has entered into a Letter of Intent effective March 27, 2009 with Nations ID, a Maryland based information assurance company, to form a joint venture to develop Match on Card (MOC) identification solutions deploying both iris and fingerprint biometrics. Nations ID, www.nationsid.com, has extensive experience in ID card management as well as information security. This collaboration, which may include additional teaming members, will allow for consolidation of resources and technologies to more effectively bring new products to market.
